Child Support Enforcement Administration - Service of Notices - Time for Appeal

Synopsis:

Altering the manner in which the Child Support Enforcement Administration is required to send specified notices to obligors; specifying a time period of 30 days for an obligor to ask the Administration to investigate a specified arrearage; increasing from 15 to 30 days the time within which an obligor may appeal the proposed transfer of a lottery prize to the Administration; etc.
