Family Law - Family Home or Family Use Personal Property - Termination of Order or Decree

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum duration of an order or decree concerning a family home or family use personal property from 3 years to 5 years after the date the court grants an annulment or a limited or absolute divorce; and applying the Act prospectively.
