State Lottery - Vending Machines - Access by Minors

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from selling or dispensing or offering to sell or dispense a State lottery ticket through a vending machine in the State; and establishing specified exceptions, including one allowing machines in establishments that minors are prohibited by law from entering.
