Synopsis:

Requiring specified employees of the City of Frostburg to participate in the Employees' Pension System of the State of Maryland as of the date that the City of Frostburg begins participating in the Employees' Pension System; providing for specified employees of the City of Frostburg to receive service credit for specified prior service; etc.
