Entitled:
Public Utility Companies - Net Energy Metering

Synopsis:

Authorizing an eligible customer-generator to carry over to the next 12-month period any remaining amount of excess energy generated in a month as a credit against billings for net energy supplied; increasing to 500 kilowatts the maximum capacity of an electric generating system used by an eligible customer-generator for net metering; and repealing a petition requirement for installing a generating system of specified capacity.
