Synopsis:

Altering the membership of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System to include individuals serving as correctional dietary, maintenance, or supply officers; requiring the transfer of employer contributions from the Employees' Retirement System and Employees' Pension System to the accumulation fund of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; requiring the transfer of specified member contributions to the annuity savings fund of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; etc.
