Requiring schools enrolling students in the first, third, fifth, or
eighth grade to complete a body mass index for age measurement on
students within 90 days of the beginning of the school year except in

guardians of students who were measured for body mass index for age by
the school a confidential health report card including specified
information in a specified mailing; etc.
