State Board of Nursing - Electrologists - License Renewal and Discipline

Synopsis:

Altering the term for license renewal for electrologists; requiring the State Board of Nursing to place a licensee on inactive status if the licensee fails to provide satisfactory evidence of compliance with specified continuing education requirements on renewal; and specifying additional grounds for taking specified disciplinary actions against specified licensees and applicants subject to specified hearing requirements.
