Open Meetings Act - Administrative Function - Reporting Requirement

Synopsis:

Renaming the executive function exclusion under the Open Meetings Act as an exclusion for administrative functions; requiring a public body that recesses an open session to carry out an administrative function in a meeting that is not open to the public to include specified information in the minutes of its next open session; etc.
