Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Household and Dependent Care Expenses

Synopsis:

Increasing to 18 years an age limitation for purposes of a specified subtraction modification under the State income tax for specified household and dependent care expenses; providing that a specified limitation on the expenses that qualify for a federal tax credit does not apply for purposes of the subtraction modification; and providing for the application of the Act to tax years beginning after December 31, 2005.
