Act of Terrorism - Determination Whether Criminal Act or Act of War

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor in consultation with specified public officials to determine, within 30 days after an act of terrorism takes place, whether the act of terrorism is a criminal act or act of war for purposes of health insurance coverage; and defining "act of war."
