Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System to accept an application for special disability that is submitted prior to December 31, 2006, by specified former members of the State Police Retirement System; requiring specified former members of the State Police Retirement System to repay their member contributions to the Board of Trustees on or before a specified date; etc.
