Proposing an amendment to the Maryland Constitution to change the
definition of "blighted area" and "slum area" in the law authorizing
the condemnation of private property for the purpose of rehabilitating
or redeveloping slum or blighted areas; and submitting the amendment
to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or
rejection.
