Income Tax - Credit for Long-Term Care Premiums
Removing limitations on an income tax credit for eligible long-term
care premiums that provide that the credit may not be claimed more
than once with respect to the same insured individual; lowering the
amount of the income tax credit that may be claimed for eligible
long-term care premiums after the first year the credit is claimed;
and applying the Act to tax years after 2005.
