Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons - Advertisements - Trade Names

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a licensed associate real estate broker, licensed real estate broker, and licensed real estate salesperson from advertising unless the trade name of the business with which the broker or salesperson is affiliated is meaningfully and conspicuously included in the advertisement; authorizing a licensed real estate broker to provide real estate brokerage services under a trade name under specified circumstances; etc.
