Veteran-Owned Small Businesses
Establishing a 10% percentage price preference for small businesses
that are 51% owned and controlled by one or more disabled veterans;
providing that the percentage price preference may not be used in
conjunction with other percentage price preferences; altering the
termination date of the Small Business Reserve Program; defining
specified terms; and providing for the termination of specified
provisions of the Act.
