Synopsis:

Altering the standing requirements for an aggrieved person, a community association, and a homeowners association to appeal to the circuit court a decision of a local board of appeals, a zoning action of a local legislative body, or any matter arising under the planning and zoning laws of a local jurisdiction; imposing specified requirements on an appeal heard by the circuit court on planning and zoning matters; providing for the construction of the Act; providing for the application of the Act; etc.
