Entitled:
Home Financial Accountability Act of 2007

Synopsis:

Clarifying the availability of books and records kept by or on behalf of a common ownership community for inspection by a member, unit owner or a lot owner, their mortgagees, or authorized agents or attorneys; requiring the governing body of specified common ownership communities, on request of a member, to compile and mail specified information within 10 days after receipt of the request; altering specified limitations concerning public inspection of records; etc.
