Entitled:
Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Health Insurance and Medical Expenses

Synopsis:

For the purpose of providing an income tax subtraction modification for the cost of health insurance and other medical expenses incurred by an individual on behalf of another adult individual under specified circumstances; and providing for the Act to apply to all taxable years beginning after December 31, 2006.
