Synopsis:

Providing that the governing bodies of Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot counties shall appoint two voting members each to the Mid-Shore Regional Council; and authorizing the bylaws of the Mid-Shore Regional Council to provide for additional public membership on the Council.
