Dorchester County - Alcoholic Beverages - Special Class C Licensees - Distribution of Wristbands

Synopsis:

Requiring in Dorchester County a holder of a specified special Class C license to distribute, at the event for which the license is issued, a wristband to each individual who is at least 21 years old; and prohibiting a holder of a specified special Class C license from serving an alcoholic beverage to any individual who does not wear the wristband.
