Public Safety - Eyewitness Identification - Written Policies

Synopsis:

Requiring each law enforcement agency in the State to adopt written policies relating to eyewitness identification that comply with specified standards by a specified date and to file a copy of the policies with the Department of State Police by a specified date; and requiring the Department to compile the written policies by a specified date and to allow public inspection of each policy compiled.
