Synopsis:

Adding specified invasive diseases to the list of invasive diseases that a medical laboratory director must report to a county health officer; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to report to the House Health and Government Operations Committee and the Senate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee of the General Assembly by January 1, 2010, on the continued need for specified monitoring and reporting; etc.
