Natural Resources - Chesapeake Bay - Oyster Restoration

Synopsis:

Establishing the Oyster Advisory Commission in the Department of Natural Resources; providing for the membership and duties of the Commission; requiring the Commission to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 31, 2007; requiring the Department to publish specified information with respect to areas closed to shellfish harvesting; requiring the Department to provide specified publications to specified persons under specified circumstances; etc.
