Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to report to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2007, on hepatitis C testing and treatment of individuals under the jurisdiction of the Department.
