Video Lottery Terminals - Constitutional Amendment Subject to Voter Approval

Synopsis:

Adding a new article to the Maryland Constitution to prohibit the General Assembly from authorizing statutorily any additional forms or expansion of gaming, with specified exceptions; limiting to six the number of video lottery facility licenses that the State may issue; limiting to 13,000 the number of video lottery terminals the State may authorize; etc.
