While Driving - Prohibitions
Providing that a person who drives a motor vehicle in an inattentive
manner under specified circumstances is guilty of distracted driving;
prohibiting a driver of a specified school vehicle from using
specified wireless communication devices; prohibiting a specified
driver of a motor vehicle that is in motion from using the driver's
hands to use specified wireless communication devices; etc.
