Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Medical Assistance Program to provide medical care and other health care services to parents and adults with specified income; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to seek approval of a waiver to use federal matching funds for a specified purpose; prohibiting the Department from implementing Medicaid eligibility for specified adults, if the Department is denied the waiver; etc.
