Requiring the Mental Hygiene Administration to reimburse specified mental health providers for specified services; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to provide access to a 30-day supply of medication to specified individuals under specified circumstances; establishing a specified immunity from civil liability for specified persons; requiring the Mental Hygiene Administration to develop a plan to divert specified individuals with mental illness to specified types of services; etc.
