Criminal Law - Possession of Child Pornography - Penalty

Synopsis:

Altering a provision of law to make the offense of knowingly possessing a film, videotape, photograph, or other visual representation showing an individual under a the age of 16 apply only to an actual child under the age of 16; providing for a specified affirmative defense to a charge under the Act; and increasing a criminal penalty.
