Maryland Medical Assistance Program and Maryland Children's Health Program - Eligibility

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Medical Assistance Program to provide comprehensive medical care and other health care services to specified parents, subject to limitations of the State budget; requiring the Maryland Medical Assistance Program and the Maryland Children's Health Program to provide guaranteed eligibility to specified enrollees for 6 months; extending from 6 to 12 months the time period within which the Maryland Medical Assistance Program and the Maryland Children's Health Program may provide guaranteed eligibility for enrollees; etc.
