Authorizing a public health laboratory in the State to enter into a mutual aid agreement with a public health laboratory operated by another state; requiring a public health laboratory operated by another state to provide specified documentation under specified circumstances; requiring a mutual aid agreement to include specified liability provisions; authorizing specified employees to travel to and provide services at public health laboratories operated by another state under specified circumstances; etc.
