Election Law - Absentee Ballots - Timely Receipt

Synopsis:

Establishing criteria to be used to evaluate and determine whether an absentee ballot is deemed to be timely received; and repealing the authority of the State Board of Elections to establish regulations and guidelines relating to the timely receipt of absentee ballots.
