Workforce Housing Grant Program - Fund Establishment - Administrative Clarifications

Synopsis:

Creating the Workforce Housing Fund in the Department of Housing and Community Development to provide funds for the operation of the Workforce Housing Grant Program; altering the factors that the Department may consider in determining whether a local government has met the match requirement under the Program; clarifying that the Department may redistribute Program funds among qualifying local governments under specified circumstances; etc.
