Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $750,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of CHI
Centers, Inc. for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of the MacDonald Knolls Center used to provide services to
developmentally disabled adults and children, located in Silver
Spring; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
