Income Tax - Credit for Long-Term Care Premiums - Modifications
Removing limitations on an income tax credit for eligible long-term
care premiums that provide that the credit may not be claimed in more
than one taxable year with respect to the same insured individual or
an individual insured before a specified date; reducing from $500 to
$100 the amount of the income tax credit that may be claimed for
eligible long-term care premiums; applying the Act to tax years after
2006; etc.
