Synopsis:

Authorizing the introduction of specified health care records as evidence in an appeal from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission under specified circumstances; requiring a specified notice to be served to all parties within a specified time period; providing for the right to object for good cause under specified conditions; providing for a response to an objection; clarifying that the Act does not otherwise limit the right to introduce new evidence; defining a specified term; and providing for the application of the Act.
