Environment - Statewide Electronics Recycling Program

Synopsis:

Altering a specified recycling program to include specified electronic devices; authorizing a county to address methods for the separate collection and recycling of specified electronic devices in a specified recycling plan; requiring that specified funds, in excess of a specified amount, revert to the General Fund of the State; requiring manufacturers of specified electronic devices to submit to the Department a specified registration and fee; repealing the termination date of provisions of a specified Act; etc.
