Synopsis:

Requiring the County Council of Prince George's County to pay the attorney for the Board of License Commissioners of Prince George's County specified legal fees for representing the Board in court; requiring the Board to establish the rate for those fees; and requiring that the salary of and specified additional compensation for the attorney for the Board be included in the annual budget.
