Synopsis:

Requiring a police officer who discovers a specified commercial vehicle parked in a specified residential zone to deliver a citation to the driver or, if the vehicle is unattended, attach the citation to the vehicle in a specified manner; requiring the police officer to keep a copy of a specified citation; etc.
