Requiring a specified court in Prince George's County, when making a specified disposition, to consider whether a specified offense committed by a child was committed during specified hours; requiring a principal or head teacher in Prince George's County to report to a specified school representative each time a specified child accumulates a specified number of unexcused absences; requiring the school representative to notify the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend the driving privilege of a specified child; etc.
