Synopsis:

Providing that specified carriers are exempt from providing specified information within a specified time frame to a provider under specified circumstances; exempting specified credentialing intermediaries from specified requirements regarding the uniform credentialing form; repealing a requirement that the Insurance Commissioner designate the uniform credentialing form through regulation; etc.
