Income Tax Credit - Oyster Restoration Activity

Synopsis:

Allowing an individual to claim a credit against the State income tax in the amount of $750 for participating in specified approved oyster restoration activities; requiring an individual claiming the tax credit to submit a specified statement with the individual's income tax return; applying the Act to tax years after 2006; etc.
