Synopsis:

Increasing to 18 the number of winery special event permits that the Comptroller may issue to Class 4 Maryland limited wineries in a calendar year; increasing to five the number of permits allowed in any calendar year for use in the same political subdivision; increasing to 12 the number of bottles that may be sold at an event or festival for consumption off the premises; authorizing the Comptroller to issue an unlimited number of permits for use at specified farmers' markets; etc.
