Entitled:
Income Tax - Tax Credit - Donations for Scholarships at Institutions of Higher Education

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against the State income tax for 75% of the amount of a contribution made to specified institutions of higher education or specified affiliated foundations to be used for scholarships for students, subject to specified limitations; limiting to $25,000,000 the total annual credits that may be approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission; etc.
