Elections - Election Judges Training Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Election Judges Training Pilot Program to be administered by the Center for American Politics and Citizenship at the University of Maryland, College Park, and the Center for the Study of Democracy at Saint Mary's College of Maryland; requiring that the pilot program be administered in conjunction with the State Board of Elections; specifying the purpose of the pilot program; requiring the Governor to include specified funds in the State budget to pay for the pilot program; etc.
