Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Long-Term Care Services for Cognitive and Functional Impairments - Study and Analysis

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in consultation with specified stakeholders, to conduct a specified study and analysis of options available to the State to increase access to specified long term care services for specified individuals with cognitive and functional impairments; requiring the Department to submit specified reports to the Governor and committees of the General Assembly; etc.
