Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission - Service Contracts MC/PG 117-07

Synopsis:

Providing that before the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission may solicit a specified service contract, the Secretary- Treasurer of the Commission must provide specified certification; prohibiting the Secretary-Treasurer from making a specified certification unless the Commission has taken specified actions; requiring the Commission to compare costs under specified circumstances; requiring the Commission to provide specified notice and maintain a specified plan; etc.
