Continuing Care in a Retirement Community - Subscriber Advocacy Fees

Synopsis:

Authorizing subscribers in a continuing care retirement community to withhold a specified percentage of a monthly fee if a provider pays a specified percentage of monthly fees for membership in an advocacy association; authorizing subscribers to pay the money withheld to a an association or group that engages in advocacy activities on behalf of subscribers; and prohibiting any decrease in monthly fees to be the basis for a fee increase by the provider.
