Synopsis:

Altering the number and providing the description of commercial areas in Kensington in which special B-K licenses may be issued; reducing from 70% to 50% the percentage of overall average daily receipts from the sale of food, not including carryout, that must be maintained by a restaurant in Kensington for which a special B-K beer, wine and liquor license or a special B-K beer and wine license is issued; etc.
